Strategy & Transformation for Asia Pacific Professional Services

Turn strategic ambition into measurable results while preserving what makes your firm distinctive.

Beacons & Bridges partners with Singapore-headquartered and Asia Pacific law and professional services firms, from boutiques to global partnerships.

We work directly with managing partners and senior leaders to set strategy, strengthen execution, and lead change.

Led by Jasleen Randhawa, former Chief of Staff to the Global Chair of Baker McKenzie. Twenty years across Singapore, regional, and global firms, from local practice to international partnership leadership.

Every engagement is bespoke and designed around your firm's specific partnership dynamics, strategic priorities, and operating reality.

Whether your firm is a Singapore boutique, a mid-sized regional partnership, or a global firm with offices across Asia Pacific, the strategic questions are the same in nature even if different in scale: how to set a clear direction the partnership will follow, balance growth with profitability, align partners with competing priorities, and execute consistently when leadership is also serving clients.

The challenge is moving from strategic intent to firm-wide alignment and execution, without losing what makes your firm distinctive.

We address these challenges through Five Core Services:

Thirteen years at Baker McKenzie, including six years as Chief of Staff to the Global Chair, gave me a front-row seat to how partnerships of every shape make decisions, set direction, and execute.

I founded Beacons & Bridges to bring that experience back to Asia Pacific's law firms and professional services partnerships. The work spanned a global firm with offices in over 40 countries, including a seven-market integration delivered a year ahead of schedule. The lessons travel: partnership decision-making, cultural integration, the balance between local autonomy and firm-wide direction, and the discipline required to move from strategy to execution.

Before Baker McKenzie, I held roles at Allen & Gledhill during Singapore's legal market liberalisation, Temasek Holdings during the Global Financial Crisis, and the Australian Financial Review. As a fifth-generation Singaporean with global experience, I bridge Eastern and Western business approaches naturally. I am currently completing INSEAD's Chief Strategy Officer Programme.

What I learned early, and have only seen confirmed since: strategic change in a partnership is not about prescribed frameworks. It is about understanding the partnership dynamics you actually have, and designing approaches that strengthen them.
